there is virtually no researsh in children regarding splints.....i would be concerned about the long term effect on teeth and temporo.mandibular joints
because i dont work in your country i cant say who would be best to see...i feel childrens sleep is a specialty of its own and and im surprised there isnt a doctor like this that you can see...the pulmonologist would be the initial person to see id suppose......i would certainly avoid palate surgery
