Thanks for your comments.. I have located the name of one pulmonologist on the Island with a ped. sleep disorder specialty. I'll discuss the TMJ and teeth with my son's orthodontist. I spoke to a dentist today who is on the SDDS list, and he's going to see if he can find me the name of someone who has made appliances for children.

The dental appliance route was recommended by the director of the Ped. Sleep Apnea center where my son had his polysomnogram.
