I am 17, and I had that same problem. I would have to sleep with my older brother no matter what, and ehen he started dating I would stay up to wait for him. I must warn you that if you dont take care of this problem soon they will have sleep problems for a long time (i still do).
What I recomend is that you enforce a strick bed time and when it is bed time, stay in the room with them and stay there till they fall asleep, and leave a night lite on. Make sure they are asleep whe they leave. You shold aslo try to keep them active in the day so they can be tired at night. email me if there are any questions popeyeiii1@hotmail.com
