insomnia,toddlers

Hello, my two-year old grandaughter has started
getting very little sleep. She is very intelli-
gent, and lively but I don't think she is hyper-
active. She falls asleep at seven, sleeps twenty
minutes, and is up till the wee hours. She seems
very restless and distraught that she can't get
back to sleep. Can a anxiety disorder cause this
or should I be worried about a physical cause?
