My four year old son is a really active bright child. He usually goes to bed at 7.30pm and often wakes in the night ,to play ,read etc,or wake the others asleep in the house, sleeps for a few more hours and then wakes again at anything from 4am.This is regardless of the days activities and apparently diet too.Is this a disapline issue or a disorder of a kind.Thanks.
