i have a brother with partial complex seizures and night terror

My mom and I are trying to find a good doctor to help heal my brother from his night terror. He screams to the top of his lungs as if he were about to be murdered and runs around crazy in his sleep. He also sometimes sees snakes. But has no rememberance the next morning. Please help
