Get "Solving Your Child's Sleep Problems" by Dr Richard Ferber. He will explain exactly how to do help her sleep alone. Be ready to take your time and follow through or it wont work. I have done it with my 2 1/2 yr old and my husband did it with my stepson when he was 6 yr old. He would hyperventilate if he was left alone- good luck
