Daylight Saving Time and children's sleep

Posted by Nancy Mayer on March 28, 2000 at 12:31:19:

I'm a newspaper reporter writing a story about how daylight saving time can throw children's sleep clock off. Do you have SPECIFIC advice that I could use in an article to be published in The Oregonian, the northwest's largest daily newspaper? Thanks! Email me, please.
