I don't know anything about seizures but my son has had night terrors for a year. After talking with a sleep disorder clinic they suggested waking him up 30 min before his terror usually begins, then letting him go back to sleep. This has stopped the terror every time, although he sometimes has another one hours later in the night. good luck
