Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about the drug clonodine. Our doctor prescribed it for my very active 6 yr. old son who doesn't want to go to bed until 10:30 or so every night. Are there any long term effects after being on clonodine for a year or more. Any studies or personal experiences? We tried some so called "herbal" remedies (Valerian for Kids and Chamomille) but with no success. I also feel that if I use the Clonodine, I will be drugging my child just to get him to fall asleep earlier. Am I right in thinking this way? Any help from personal experiences will be much appreciated. Thanks.
