Hi David,
I read your problem. You had also seen mine regarding my 10 year old daughter who can't sleep. I still have not had any responses with help but it seems there are several other children out there with similiar problems. We have made a little progress this summer. We now have only nightlights on in the bathroom and my daughter'r room. She also is closing her door so she doesdn't hear us talking. Like your son, she uses the bathroom several times before finally falling alseep (nerves). I think the house being darker is helping with biorhythms. Also, I'm feeling like this is normal and am calmer about it so perhaps she's picking up on that. I've ordered a book about pre-adolescents (age 10-15) and will let you know if it contains any decent info. on sleep problems. Good luck
