I have a son that has ADHD, and has major problems going to sleep. He has been taking aderal for several years. But I reccentlay have been giving him Melatonin before bed and he is asleep in 30 min. This does seem to help him the next day. His day in school goes much better. It has gotten to the point that is I forget to give him the Melatonin that he will come down about an hour after bed time and ask me for it...SO I do think they may have something here.
