Don't buy the "its a phase" thing. Went through h--- with my son getting him help. when my son was 2 1/2 he would be up til 1 am. He would cry "Mama I too tired". It was heartbreaking, but they just wanted to put him on pills. I wanted to know what the problem was and then fix it. It took almost a year to completely fix it, but all our lives are much better.
