10 year old boy afraid to sleep alone

a 10 year old boy who won't sleep alone and still sleeps with his grandmother. He won't stay in his new room at his new house because he is afraid to sleep alone. What do you do? I feel this is not good for this age to still be sleeping with grandparent. any help will be appreciated.
