kids at that age napped 2 x daily around 9 a.m.
and 2 p.m. Bedtime was around 7:30 and they
woke in the morning around 6 - 6:30. Sorry I
don't know any tricks to help you! You two
must be exhausted!!! It must be a very long
day for baby and caregiver with no naps during
the day.

Maybe trying to set a schedule with naps would help with night time sleep??? Only an idea.
