I can't sleep! (12 yr. old)

I'm a 12 yr. old girl and I just can't fall asleep at night. I'll get right on the verge of falling asleep when something wakes me up. Well right now it's like 1:00 am and I'm really tired...I've been trying to fall asleep since 10:30pm. Please help me. Any ideas are appreciated. Thank you so much.
