My daughter is the same. She's almost three, and still uses it. She gave up her pacifier when she was about 6 months, but would not go to sleep without her cloths (fortunately she isn't hooked on any single one. We have several, so we can wash them after one night's use, and can replace them with impunity when they get too ratty. We discussed weaning her earlier, but it helped her a good deal through teething, especially when her 2-year molars came in. Now that she's through with that, it's definitely time to start, though. What eventual effects it will have on needing orthodontics, we'll have to see. Probably will be some. But it is such a comfort object to her, I'm not sure how we'll do it. Any advice from people who have would be welcome
