I am having nightsweats as one of the byproducts of menopause, and one thing that makes a difference is the amount of air around me when I am sleeping - i.e. wearng airy nightclothes of cotton, sleeping on cotton string blankets rather than sheets, using a pillow madeof hulls and feathers rather than anything synthetic.
