My 9 year old has always been a good sleeper until lately. He goes to bed at 8:00 and sometimes at 9:00 he is still awake and comes out of his room complaining he can't sleep. At first I blamed the time change, until I realized that he was doing this prior to the change..(dumb me) He has also just been diagnosed with Migraine Headaches from a Pediatric Neurologist. I am starting to think that this sleep issue and the headaches are realated to Puberty.

Sleepless in San Jose, Ca.
