RF Shrinking of Tonsils & Adenoids

Posted by Mike VM on May 29, 2002 at 13:10:32:

Has anyone had this technique utilized on them or their kids? I would like to have my son's tonsils removed but don't want him out of commission for a month.

If you have had experience with this technique could you answer the following:
1. Did it fix or reduce a sleep apnea problem?
2. What was the recovery time (time from operation until patient was back to 100%)

Thanks,

Mike VM
