4 year old won't go to sleep

Posted by aras3trem@aol.com on June 01, 2002 at 15:32:58:

Hi,my 4 year old has always had a problem with sleep. When she was younger she kept waking up every night and it wasn't until just after her fourth birthday she actually slept all night which was wonderful and still is. Unfortunately now she won't go off to sleep and my son is deciding to do the same thing which is really tiring every night. My husband says to put them to bed later but that doesn't work, it only gives me two tired kids the next day.
Has anyone got any suggestions?
