Hi. I'm looking for a link I have on night terrors...hopefully i find it... it's a doctor who has a 'night terror' site, because he suffers with adult night terrors. Try doing some searches yourself. Although you have to wait for your sleep study, it is really the best way to learn what is happening. Only a professional can accurately diagnose the problem. You can look up REM behaviour disorder too - different that night terrors - and be sure that's excluded as occuring.

good luck

good luck.
