I understand your problem, but allowing your child to cry for 30 minutes is not helping and in many ways could be harmful to her. I agree, you need to have a plan so that she know's after a certain routine, which you need to establish, "It is Bedtime". Perhaps, some play time, bath time, story time or whatever and ending with a hug, kiss and a good night prayer might have the calming effect that your child needs. Have patience & don't give up the routine, if you can remain relaxed your child will feel it & calm down eventually.
Hang in Mom, I'm sure your doing a wonderful job because I can tell you care deeply about your little girl, however, allowing her to cry for that length of time is not a good thing.
