Dear Monica, It isvery hard to get good sleep when the night terrors are everynight starting 45 minutes after falling asleep and sometimes lasting till 2 or 3 in the morning. Of course their not constant but they come and go for many hours. It's hard to say he would be good to get good sleep. There's no good sleep when you suffer from nightterrors. Even being on medication only makes the terrors calmer where I can deal with him so he doesn't hurt himself. What I was saying was that any disturbance at all seems to throw him into a terror. Of course I feel that if he has enlarged adnoids(which he does), maybe having them removed would cut down on some of these terrors. I just wish this child would grow out of them like he was suppose to 2 yrs. ago. I think his nerologist considers him a new one for the books! he definitly has been labled a severe case!
