It is called Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome. There are many postings on the subject on the forums which you can search all at once using the site search engine.

There are also many web sites that can tell you how to work with the problem. If you are unable to find information that works the best thing to do is see a children's sleep doc. He will be able to guide you through it.
