Respiratory Disturbance Index for 7yo

Posted by Donna on August 15, 2002 at 13:37:00:

My 7yo son just had a sleep study done. He had 40 apnea/hypopnea episodes that night and 17 PLMS w/ 4 arousals. Does anyone know the significance of an RDI of six and a PLMI of one for a child this age? Most of the info I've found on the net is about adults. Thanks for your help, Donna.
