Your situation is different than ours but I forgot to mention that our sleep specialist told us to put a very loud fan in the room. Supposedly the child will go back to sleep faster if he wakes up because he wants to block out the sound of the fan. We have done it the last three nights and it has worked but who knows if it will continue!
