My oldest son is 4 years old, and has similiar symptoms of your son. He gets high fevers of over 105 about twice a month, he does skip some months. He was born with a heart defect and has had two surgeries, one at a month old and one at a year old. I am concerned something else is going on though, I have a great cardiologist and he says his heart is doing fine right now. He has night sweats though every night. I have to take all his clothes off. During the day he complains of choking. I know he is not littarally choking because he is talking, but I wonder if that is related, because I think he feels like he is choking. I have asked for blood work, but the doctors say they don't know what to test for. I am also at a loss and concerned. He also has bloody stools sometimes, the doctors say it is probably hemroids. Every thing can be explained with simple probable answers, but that is not good enough for me. I want to know for sure. I would like to know if you find anything else out.
