My twins have never been great sleepers, but ever since birth one of my daughters goes to sleep and wakes up for hours sometimes. This happens about 2-3 times a week. Last night she went to bed at 7:30, woke up at 12 and stayed awake for 4 hours...This is not unusual for her. My husband and I switch taking her....I think at this point we need a sleep study done. I don't think it is sleep apnea, but I guess it could be. She does breathe through her mouth..Any suggestions? Anyone relate? I'm tired...that's it...I'm tired.
