7 yr old won't sleep thru the nite!

HELP!! My 7 yr old daughter has been having such a hard time sleeping thru the nite lately. No life changes have happened or anything so I don't understand. She goes to bed OK, after plenty of kisses & hugs but then in the middle of the nite she wakes up crying her eyes out for no apparent reason & can't explain what she wants. She did that FIVE times last nite & I'm about to lose my mind! I don't want to have to drug her up if I don't have to. I think she just wants to sleep with us but we won't let her. How can I get her to sleep thru the nite?!? HELP!! thanks! :)
