You should rule out sleep disorders by watching her sleep, a video would be better.

During sleep if she is making noise, moving around a lot, sweats, breaths through his mouth, or makes extra effort to breath, you should take her to a pediatric sleep specialist who is boarded in sleep medicine. Taking care of these problems early in life is very important. He may be sleeping better in your arms because of the position he is in.

If she seems to be a perfect sleeper then you should speak to a children's sleep therapist to look at behaviour, psychological, environmental, etc., causes.

Best wishes,
