Over the last month my 7yr old daughter has been getting up in the middle of the night and getting a drink or eating something (usually sweet)...i put a camera in her room and noticed she wakes up 4 times a night and has trouble falling asleep, so she is masturbating or rubbing herself to sleep each time... i know its normal to explore but i'm worried she is getting used to the feeling and can't sleep without it... any help? i'm taking her to the ped next week
