4 yr old wont slepp all night

My four year old daughter has never been a good sleeper but from 2 yrs old she slept all night. In the past three weeks she has not slept for one whole night. There is nothing wrong with her she is just making any excuse to shout us and wake us up. We have been using the same routine at bed time as always and have even tried changing things a little to no avail. She goes to bed no problem but wakes up after about 3 hours and will not go back to sleep. I work a really tiring shift pattern and i really dont know how long physically and mentally i can continue getting on average 45 mins sleep. My partner and other two daughters are suffering too with their daytime commitments, school etc. Can someone please help!
