She may be developing a sleep disorder. No way to tell with the information provided.

Try watching or videoing her when she is sleeping. Does she sleep quietly, are their breathing noises, does she move around a lot, does she sweat, does she appear to be making a lot of effort to breath, does she snore, etc.

If none of the above, and she is sleeping like a baby should, then it may be psychological and psychologist trained in the sleep field can help.
