Hi unsure of where to turn to for advice on this one, we have 4 1/2 year old triplets, who have followed a strict bedtime routine over the past 4 and half years, with no real sleep problems until now, around 6 weeks ago, we were proud to complete new rooms for them, they were growing out of their bedroom, so after 1000's of pounds spent, Lily, charlie and Harry have 3 lovely individual rooms, Lily was fine for the first few weeks, but sadly we have got into a dreadfull routine of tears before bed, and then waking between 1-3 am, saying she doesnt like it being quiet, she wants her old room back, she wants to play with the boys, they all have small night light on, and I have tried her with a quiet radio, I have also made her a reward book to encourage good sleep, tonight after nearly 2 hours of crying, she is a happy and confident child, very clever, so sad to see her so upset, she has an older brother also, in his own room, I am unsure if i should put one of the boys in with her, but dont want to take a backward step, and upset the boys, any help would be appreciated stella
