My 14 year old son can't seem to get to sleep until 3-4 a.m. and then sleeps until 2-3 in the afternoon. He refuses to sleep in his room saying he doesn't like it in there. I have to fight him to actually put pajamas or lounge wear on. He constantly complains that he is tired except in the early morning hours (12-4 a.m.). I have also noticed that he sleeps with his foot on the couch with the other foot resting on his knee. That seems odd to me, but not as odd as the times I have seen him do push ups and sit ups in his sleep. If only exercise came so easy for me! LOL! Any thoughts would be appreciated.
