Yes, they all definitely have OSA. This is a
period of life where good sleep is most important.

You should have the T&A's done, asap, by a surgeon
who is familiar with pediatric sleep apnea. They
may need help with breathing due to swelling
shortly after surgery. Just so you know, T&A
doesn't always cure OSA, so they should have a
sleep follow-up after they have healed from the
surgery.
