Self explanatory. Since thie CPAP is generally plugged in to an external power source, this will bypass the problem of changing the battery in the home units. It would also mean that, as long as we travel with our CPAP, we have it on the road with us.

Some patients are very fraile and night have a hard time evacuating in an emergency. The early and certain warning will allow some extra time to do this.
