The DeVilbiss company has CPAP's that do this. The units are set up with a modem module that automatically dials in to a secure network server and downloads the previous nights data. DME and sleep center staff can look and see how compliance is, and on some units adjust the pressure. Its nice because we can set the server system to automatically email us if a patients usage drops below a set number of hours a night.
