PC connectivity (USB or otherwise) is an altogether different issue than user interface. A USB cable would constitute a PC interface, but it would not be a user interface. USB connectivity certainly is a good idea for many, though. To me, however, there's no vast difference between using one wired protocol versus another. Wireless nPAP-to-PC connectivity (in one of the 802.11 standards) would seem VERY handy to me, though---but probably not so handy to most nPAP users.
It would be very nice to not have to connect my auto-PAP to a computer, however. I'd like a nice big built-in screen with easy icons and buttons to call up my sleep data as well as change settings. A built-in LCD screen with controls that are feature rich, easy see, and easy to manipulate would constitute a user interface. And a great user interface would likely render PC connectivity for many home nPAP users unnecessary.
