I have been on a BiPAP now for 6 years and am still having problems with leaking nasal masks,I have 4 differant kinds of nasal masks and head gear and they all have the same problems, once you have it adjusted you lay down and sooner or later the lower strap will creep up around your ear lobes and curl them up, and thereby loosening the straps overall, It is a constant fight, possibly a chin strap running from each side of the lower straps to keep them from creeping up around your ears, and also the more the elastic straps wear out the tighter you have to adjust them,which makes it more painful..
