If it really cost $35 to make, they must charge for shiping, distribution, and overhead. Of course, they're in business to make a profit. This should put the price at $200. Also, they equipment must be medical grade (I.E. deliver pressure accurately and be hospital safe). Furthermore, most CPAP's are dual voltage. This puts the price at $350 or so. If the DME really offeres any service, you can make that $450. The rest, I agree, is excessive.
