I've used an apnea monitor since infancy, and was finally able to get my first pap machine at 10. I am now 22. I have a progressive terminal neurmuscular disease called Mitochondrial Myopathy. I only had to start using my machine 24/7 in September of last year due to progression. I have a synchrony and its not really portable but we do our best with. I use a small roller suitcase to put both the machine and battery in, and my dad pushes me and mom pulls the suitcase. It can be quite humurous at times. A portable unit would be wonderful. So would something that came with a custom case to put it all in. That would be a dream for me, and Im sure others would love something like that for travel.
