The headgear has velcro to adjust the tension,also snaps to take it off with,and that make it real nice once you get everything properly adjusted.I am having very little leakage, but I find that when I change positions it would be very nice to have some sort of a fine tuning tension adjustment similar to the quick adjust head piece. I find keeping the proper tension helps with both leaks and comfort. A very small change in strap length makes a very big difference in leak and comfort.
