Noisy Air Vents in Pillows & Masks

It would be ideal if the air vents in the pillows and masks weren't so noisy. This is a common problem amongst all I have used, from the Adams circuit nasal pillows, to the CPAP-PRO nasal pillows, to the Respironics nasal mask to the Resmed Ultra Mirage. The Resmed Ultra Mirage actually is an improvement over the others because it has a "shell" covering the holes, but when the air hits my blanket or sheets, it really goes WHOOSH loudly!
