I just saw something recently on a site. It is a hot water moldable mouth piece or a dentist modified piece with with pillows attached. I am curious about it. I already sleep with a TMJ splint, so I would get the dentist to modify it to replace my current splint. BUT I don't know if I could deal with the piece sticking out betwen my lips.
