Anybody who reads the forum knows that there is a minority of patients who cannot successfully use xPAP to treat SA. I think that the size of this minority can be reduced if medication could be delivered directly through the mask, along with the pressurized air. Oxygen is already delivered to some patients in this manner.

In particular, medication to dilate the airways or control sinus congestion could be of use.
