I would like a CPAP to adjust automatically to all altitudes. It should delver the same pressure at the shore of the Dead Sea (lowest dry point on earth), to the top of Mount Everest (or at least as high up as the highest hotel on Earth). It should deliver up to at least 20cmH2O at that height.

My immediate wish is to be able to Travel to Macchu Piccu and Titticacca (Peru & Bolivia), and not have to worry about the CPAP machine.
