Perhaps desirable only for a minority of users. High spec pressure altitude tolerence requires parts to be more precision, durable, power consuming, probably heavier, and expensive. Maybe a start up firm could engineer such a unit and market to those willing to buy such an expensive CPAP.
The majority yearns for smaller, lighter weight units. The established companies need to hear this. There is a whole class of patients who need 10 cm of pressure or less and could benefit from the smaller, less expensive parts used in such units.
Perhaps I should have posted a new topic to address units designed and marketed to the under 10 cm crowd. I'm contrary often to bring out discussion.
