NasalAire users... My NasalAire curves too much and leaks, causing less air for me and more noise. If you have leakage and find that pinching the center section of the NasalAire stops the leak, try putting a "tie wrap" aka "cable tie" around the center tube at a point between the nasal portals and close it down until the leak stops. (For me this causes the nasal portals to spread apart, as my leak occurs at the nostril edge, not the nose septum.) Then clip off the excess tie wrap that sticks out. This has made a world of difference for me in reducing noise and maintaining the NasalAire in my nostrils longer into my sleep. I find the tie wrap does not touch me, nor cause irritation.
